Tabitha's Closet is our attempt to serve those in need. It’s an incredibly simple ongoing project. People need clothes; we collect clothes and give them away.
That's where the simple part ends. The need in our community for the basics (food, clothes, & shelter) is great. That need is never simple. On the other hand it has been overwhelming how many different people, churches and other organizations have responded by giving their clothes!
The former parsonage for our church is located on the corner of Hwy. 22 & 3 and Zoar Rd. That house now serves as our clothes storage facility. At any given time the house is 50% to 100% full of clothes for men, women, and children.
