We want to make sure that you are plugging in where you are most passionate!  Please please please don’t just fill a gap or do something because no one else is willing to step up.  Instead of taking on something you don’t enjoy, we want you to lead in areas that you are off the charts passionate about!  We believe that if you are living out your calling (Calling…Where your Passion and a Community’s Needs Intersect) then you are exactly where God wants you to be!

Your attitude makes all the difference in the world.  At The Park we want people to serve and lead ministries rather than complete tasks.  Ministry is the act of serving someone God is desperately in love with.  Completing a task is drudgery!  If you reread those last two sentences you will find that your own attitude truly makes a difference.  Cleaning toilets could be drudgery…but to a select few, cleaning toilets can be liberating ministry. 

Who are you serving?  How are you helping?  Does leading in this ministry give you stronger wings than drinking Red Bull energy Drink?  Then you are right where you need to be…not slogging through a Task but leading and serving in a meaningful ministry.
